| A.4 Terms & Conditions for Standard plans: |
| 1. Registration and installation charges (one-time): Rs 250. |
| 2. After reaching fair usage limit in unlimited plans, video calls shall degrade to audio call. Suitable message shall be displayed on video phone. Such degraded calls shall not be charged. |
| 3. Existing broadband customers are provided VVoBB on existing connectivity by forming separate PVC/ VPN. Existing landline customers not having broadband, are provided VVoBB by extending ADSL2+ port without internet access (kindly refer Section D for applicable charges). |
| 4. Data transfer for VVoBB calls shall not be accounted for in normal upload/ download charges for broadband plan taken by customer. |
| 5. Service Tax shall be charged extra as per applicable rates. |
| 6. Incoming calls are FREE. |
| 7. For multiple VVoBB connections on single broadband connection for shared use, customer shall have flexibility to avail any of the available VVoBB plans - any mix of Standard, Silver or Gold VVoBB plans on their single broadband connectivity. |
| 8. Reference & validity:
(i) * VVoBB-Basic & VVoBB-750U: R&C-CFA no. 70/12-13 dated 11-03-13. These are regular plans. (ii) $ VVoBB-350L : R&C-CFA no. 70/12-13 dated 11-03-13. This plan is offered on promotional basis till 08-06-2013. (iii) # VVoBB-999U-Silver & VVoBB-2999U-Gold : R&C-CFA no. 69/12-13 dated 11-03-13. This plan is offered on promotional basis till 08-06-2013. (iv) ** VVoBB-2200U : R&C-CFA no. 54/12-13 dated 28-01-13. This plan is offered on promotional basis till 30-04-2013. |

B.1. Eligible customers for devices on monthly installment basis: Government institutions and PSUs only.
B.2. All customers shall have the option to procure devices from the franchisee M/s Sai InfoSystem (India) Ltd or from BSNL on outright purchase basis, or buy it from open market.
B.3. VAT/Service Tax shall be extra as applicable.
B.4. Devices shall be provided to customer by BSNL/ SIS through back-to-back arrangement.

C. Free Upgrade Offer
C.1. Offer valid for limited period till 15-6-2013
C.2. Applicable to VVoBB-Basic plan
C.3. One-time charge of Rs 250: Waived off
C.4. Fixed monthly charges (FMC) for first three months: Waived off
C.5. Applicability: This special offer is applicable to following categories of customers:
(a) Government institutions and PSUs, including connections working at residences of officers/ public servants.
(b) Gold and Platinum customers of BSNL
C.6 Free video calling up to 30 minutes during the initial period of 14 days.
C.7. If customer decides not to continue within 14 days of installation, then he/she can surrender VVoBB connection and return the device. No device charges shall be billed in such as case.
C.8. Discount on device charges distributed over initial three months (discount of Rs 750 on Vfone 43M, Rs 1050 on Vfone 70TM, Rs 1320 on Vfone 70TMP & Rs 1500 on Vfone 102TL)
C.9 Security deposit for devices (refundable): Equivalent to reduced monthly device charges of initial 5 months. For government institutions, such security deposit is waived off completely.
